Women of Character and Destiny Fellowship was founded by Dr. Bethtina Williams, through inspiration of the Holy Spirit. The purpose of the Fellowship is to encourage, enlighten, enhance and equip the lives of women of all nationalities and cultural backgrounds with the all-powerful Word of God.

The Vision

Our vision is to prepare God's women to shine the light of Christ into every area and sphere of influence. Again, this will be accomplished by means of encouragement through unconditional love and support, enlightenment through revelation of God's Word, enhancement by focusing on their individually unique qualities that are God endowed, and preparation to live an abundant and victorious life by properly equipping them through the power of God's Word.

Objectives:

#1	To impart the truths of God's Word and reflect His nature in such a way that women will comprehend the depth of their value and importance in the mind of God. Thus producing a woman who is healed and made whole in her total being. (Jeremiah 29:11; Psalm 139:14; Matthew 9:20-22)
#2	To emphasize the importance of a woman's role as a whole, secure, confident person as a single adult as well as the importance of her role in the covenant relationship of marriage and the family. (Psalm 139:14; 1 Corinthians 7:32-34; Genesis 2:18, 21-25; Proverbs 31:10-31; Titus 2:3-5; 1 Peter 3:1-6)
#3	To equip and build the faith of women through the Word of God so that they can go out into their communities and touch the lives of others as they demonstrate the power, wisdom and love of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:1, 5-9; Matthew 28:19; Titus 2:3-5)
#4	To mentor women in such a way that they are fully equipped, confident, and strong in the Holy Spirit, enabling them to successfully minister the Word of God within the context of their individually unique callings. (Philippians 4:3; Esther 4:1-17; Exodus 15:20; Judges 4:4; 2 Kings 22:14-20; Luke 2:36-38; Acts 2:17; Acts 21:8-9)
#5	To encourage women to fulfill their God given destiny in both the Christian and secular arenas of society, without compromise. (Proverbs 18:16; Deuteronomy 8:1, 18)
