My approach continues to be grounded in the same experience, training, and commitment to helping individuals and couples navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Everything you’ve read about on this website is still accurate and available, which is why I decided to leave it intact. The shift to coaching simply allows for greater flexibility for me and a better overall experience for my clients.

is a brief, no-pressure conversation where we’ll get to know each other, discuss what you’re looking for, and explore whether my services would be a good fit for you. You’ll have the opportunity to share your goals, ask questions, and learn more about my approach before making any commitment.
I created the “Discovery Call” to make it easier for us to find a time to connect. Too often, I find myself playing phone tag with potential clients who are ready to get started.
My hope is that this streamlines the process for both of us.
